DaywiaWhat is a Parallel?
One post, up to 4 friends, the same moment — from wherever everyone is. This is Daywia's signature way to share.
A Parallel is Daywia's signature post: one post made by up to 4 friends at the same moment. Everyone takes a photo at the same time — wherever they are — and Daywia joins the photos side by side, each with its own place pin.
How a Parallel works
- Start a Parallel — pick up to 3 friends and send the invite.
- Capture at the same time — when everyone is ready, a countdown starts and you all shoot at once.
- Share one post — your photos sit side by side in one Parallel, each with your own place on it.
Why people love Parallels
It's togetherness without being in the same room — friends in different cities, family across states, all in one honest, same-moment photo. Because the photos are taken live with the Daywia camera, Parallels get the Captured badge, rank higher in Discover and earn Stars.

Common questions
How many friends can join a Parallel?
Up to 4 people in total — you and 3 friends.
Do we have to be in the same place?
No. Everyone shoots from wherever they are. Daywia shows each person's place on their side of the post.
Is a Parallel the same as a collage?
A collage joins old photos. A Parallel is live — everyone takes a fresh photo at the same moment, which earns the Captured badge.
