Daywia is a place for people aged 13 and over to share real moments. These rules apply to posts, comments, messages, group chats, profiles, usernames, products, ads and collabs.
Be respectful
- No harassment, bullying, threats or doxxing
- No hate speech based on caste, religion, gender, sexuality, disability, nationality or ethnicity
- Don't pretend to be another person or business
- Don't share someone's private photos, videos or details without their consent
Keep it legal and safe
- Zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors, or grooming — don't message teens you don't know
- No sexual content or nudity
- No scams, phishing, malware or spam
- No illegal or restricted goods (see the Shop & seller policy)
- No copyright or trademark theft — that includes music and audio in Drifts and Sounds
- No terrorism, violent extremism or promotion of real-world violence
- No dangerous medical claims or “get rich quick” schemes
Be genuine
- Don't fake engagement, views, reviews or collab results with extra accounts or automation
- Don't tip or subscribe between your own accounts, or game Rewards or the creator ad pool
- Label paid partnerships and don't hide that a post is an ad
- Don't use contact matching or messages to spam people
- Don't submit false KYC documents or bank details
- Respect Parallel invitees — don't pressure anyone to capture or share
Business, ads and creators
- Products and ads follow the Shop & seller policy and Advertising policy
- Creator status can be limited or removed for repeated violations or abuse

- Tap Report on a post, profile, message, product or ad
- Or email support@daywia.com with usernames, links and what happened

What we do
We may remove content, limit reach, ask for verification, suspend or permanently ban accounts, and report serious crimes to the authorities. Repeated or severe violations lead to permanent bans.
