Daywia is free to join. These things renew or run until you stop them. None has a cancellation fee.
Creator subscriptions (Credits)
Open the creator's profile or Settings → Daywia Credits → subscriptions and turn off renewal. You keep access until the end of the paid 30 days. You can turn renewal back on while the subscription is still active.
Shop plans (Credits)
Profile → Manage shop → plan → pick Free (or a smaller plan). Your current plan stays until the end of the paid period, then products over the new limit are hidden (not deleted). You can keep your current plan again any time before then.
Boost ads
My Boosts → the campaign → Stop. Credits not yet spent come back to your balance.
Collabs
A business or creator can cancel an accepted collab before the post is submitted; the held Credits return to the business. After submission, use “Report a problem” and Daywia will review it.
Leaving Daywia
- In the app: Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account, or
- Follow the Account deletion steps, or
- Email support@daywia.com with your username.
We aim to reply within 1–2 working days.
