You can delete your Daywia account at any time. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
In the app (recommended)
- Open Daywia and sign in
- Go to Profile → Settings → Account
- Tap Delete account and confirm
This removes your profile, date of birth, posts (Frames, Drifts and your Parallel posts), comments, follows, contact-matching records, chats linked to your account, products, business details, device tokens and sessions. Your media is queued for deletion from our storage, except Parallel media another participant still has.
If you can't open the app
Email support@daywia.com from your account's email address with the subject Account deletion request and your username. We complete verified requests within 7 days.
Before you delete
- Credits: unused Credits, active creator subscriptions and your Shop plan end and are lost. They have no cash value.
- Ads and collabs: running ads stop. Finish or cancel open collabs first — Credits held for collabs you cancel return to the business before deletion.
- Creator and Rewards balances: unwithdrawn earnings and unpaid rewards are forfeited unless already paid to your bank. Contact support first if you need to finish a payout.
What we may keep for a while
- Backups and security logs, for a limited period
- Purchase, Credits, payout, tax and KYC records the law requires us to keep
- Records needed for fraud prevention or open disputes
- Content others still hold (Parallel posts, messages you sent them)
